Our Story & Mission
We’re Hugh Gielingh and Finn Tierney — and we started this to give businesses something better than what’s out there right now.
After managing over $6 million in advertising across Australia in industries like solar, finance, and renovations, Hugh saw the same pattern over and over: businesses paying massive retainers to marketing agencies that simply don’t deliver. No transparency. No consistency. No real return.
We do things differently.
We’ve built simple quote calculators that actually work. Homeowners use them to share their job details, and we pass that information directly to one trusted local business — not five, not ten, just one. You.
Everything — from the campaign, to the form, to the CRM integration — is built and managed by Hugh personally. Graphic design, video, websites, automation, analytics — it’s all done in-house. That’s why we can keep everything running tight and generate consistent enquiry flow at scale.
Right now, we generate over 1,000 enquiries per week across Australia. And we’re just getting started.
We don’t make money unless you make money. It’s that simple. If you’re not getting jobs, we’re not growing either — and we wouldn’t be in business if we couldn’t deliver real work for real businesses. That’s our entire model.
Finn handles the client side. He’s originally from New Zealand, now based in Australia, and comes from a community of tradies who’ve been burned by agencies in the past. He’s hands-on, honest, and always available. If you’ve got a question, Finn’s the guy who’ll answer it straight — no fluff, no upsell, just help.
